Imagine:‍ ‍Fall on the Maine seacoast

You wake to sunlight spilling into the kitchen and start your day with tea in hand as you head downstairs to the outdoor patio. You smell hints of briney air carried over a crisp autumn breeze. The environment is alive with the scent of salt, sand, and autmn leaves, the sound of seagulls flying by, and the gentle hum of the ocean waves nearby within walking distance.

No emails. No calls. No to-do lists. Just time on your mat, in nature, surrounded by community.

Afternoons are for exploration:

• An asana lab held in a yoga studio walking distance from the retreat stay
• An optional excursion to surf the best waves the ocean has to offer for the year (a lesser known fact is that a surfer’s favorite season to surf in New England is in autumn!)
• Enjoy a mindful workshop (such as meditative painting, or lifted yoga)
• Quiet moments to write, dream, or connect
  
• All meals are fresh, nourishing, and crafted to feed both body and spirit.

Evenings close with restorative yoga and guided meditation with sensory and physical assists, followed by laughter and a dinner among new friends. You end the night journaling in bed, body relaxed, mind at ease, drifting into peaceful sleep.
